Equality Works was established in 1992 by Jane Farrell and Annie Hedge. Jane and Annie’s aim was to improve our clients’ performance by putting equality and diversity at the heart of everything they do.
Equality Works has grown and developed over the years, but that objective remains the same today. We continue to work with a wide range of clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors to develop and implement equality and diversity policies which align to their day-to-day business practices. In short, we help organisations to recruit and retain the best, to develop the best and to deliver the best.
The Equality Works team has grown too. We have a personable, highly professional and supportive group of consultants from different backgrounds and with different experience who are equally at home working with public, private and not-for-profit clients.
