Maylene Forder

Maylene joined Equality Works in 2009, bringing ten years’ experience in administration across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, as well as five years’ experience in line management. She has a particular interest in cross-functional working and has previously been part of core competency work groups. She is an associate member of the Chartered Management Institute and is currently completing an MBA focussing on innovation and creativity in the workplace.

Maylene works across the London and Manchester offices to ensure consistency and best practice in project management. She line manages the Business Services Team, which provides administrative and project support to ensure the delivery of our training and consultancy activities.

In addition to her management responsibilities, she coordinates some of our key projects, including the HR transformation project which is part of our ongoing programme of work on team building and performance management with London Probation. She also coordinates our work on Equality Impact Assessment support for the Qualifications and Curriculum Development Authority, as well as our work with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, which includes leadership development courses and a number of coaching programmes.
