Serena Yeung

Serena joined Equality Works in 2009. Prior to joining, Serena lived and worked in several international locations including Hong Kong, where she worked as a Trainee Manager in the private sector. She was responsible for developing her company’s Marketing and Business Development strategies in the Asia-pacific region.

She also spent over two years working in Japan for the local government for the Board of Education as an English teacher and for the city’s Town and Planning department working for local residents and co-ordinating international affairs. Serena is currently embarking on MBA studies specialising in management in global and changing contexts and effective leadership through people.

As a Business Services Officer, Serena is responsible for project managing and co-ordinating a range of our key projects including Leading Equality and Diversity for Board Members. Some of her clients include the Health Protection Agency and several National Probation Services across the country. As a project manager, Serena works closely with all of our Senior Client Consultants to ensure that each and every project is professionally and personably managed in a timely fashion.
