Qualifications in Managing Equality and Diversity at Work

Level 4 Award: ‘Managing Equality and Diversity in Organisations’.

 

We’ve been exploring opportunities to offer qualifications for some time and are confident that the ILM qualification offers both the level of professional accreditation that our clients expect as well as the level of flexibility and learner focus they want.

 

The qualification is targeted at front-line to middle managers and, like all our programmes, can be tailored specifically to your organisation’s goals, business systems and processes.

 

Benefits for delegates include having ILM membership status for a year. This provides access to a whole range of leadership and management learning material. It also provides a nationally recognised qualification that is a stepping stone towards further qualifications in a Manager’s career.

 

The qualification is open to new clients as well as clients we’ve worked with in the past. There may be some additional learning and assessment work but we’d be very happy to discuss the options with you.
