Equality Works is launching a new research project on bullying and harassment. We are very pleased to be working in partnership with The Law Society Scotland on this important project. Equality Works has a long history of working with organisations to improve performance and preventing bullying and harassment. We have also worked with The Society to produce guidance for solicitors on equality and diversity. This new project will study the impact of bullying and harassment across the legal profession, resulting in practical recommendations to inform The Society’s strategy and work with the legal profession.
This project has already recieved some positive press coverage in The Firm and in The Scotsman (please see top right hand corner of this page).
