Our experience of Equality Works has been one of the most effective, efficient and productive consultancy arrangements we have ever been involved in, in any area of work. Of particular value was their real desire to understand our business and functioning and produce tailored responses – something no less than ten internal colleagues took time to write to me about during our work together.

So far we have worked with Equality Works on three projects: equality impact assessment, involvement work to underpin the development of an ‘all strands’ equality strategy and the production of guidance on equality, which is to be distributed to every solicitor in Scotland.
