Equality Works have provided excellent support to Wigan Council and its partner organisations giving guidance on developing our Race Equality Scheme, awareness training for Senior Elected Members and Officers, and Impact Assessment training for key middle and senior managers. Their approach is positive, pragmatic and sensitive to the needs of the organisation, with an appropriate level of humour. We have received excellent feedback from all the course participants.
