Equality Works delivered a management development programme over two years that delivered not only an improvement in managers’ skills and understanding, but also contributed to a significant culture change. The change required was for managers to demonstrate greater pro-activity and a greater emphasis on performance management. Equality Works’ approach provides a great mix of challenge and support − and the middle managers responded really well to it.
