Capacity Building & Train The Trainer Programmes

We work in partnership with our clients so that they can build and develop their expertise in Equalities, Diversity and Inclusion and apply it in the future to the ever changing challenges that they will face.

There are several ways of doing this:

  • training trainers to continue when our own work ends
  • working with HR and Equalities professionals to embed experience in processes and procedures
  • running networking or updating "refresher" sessions for people some time after training programmes have come to an end

London Underground: Train-the-Trainer Programme

Equality Works was commissioned to build capacity in London Underground, so that they could themselves deliver the award-winning programme in managing diversity (MDCP) that had been delivered by Equality Works consultants over the previous three years.
