We believe that key ingredients of culture change are effective leadership, team building and an action-oriented approach to change. We support our clients to challenge their existing culture, structures and processes by working with management to develop effective leadership and change management skills, diversity competencies and organisational goals.
Equality Works has been working in partnership with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) for six years. This has involved working with elected Council members, senior managers and middle managers on a wide range of interventions to support the strategic objectives of this complex organisation.

With over 3,000 staff, London Probation is a large and complex organisation operating in a challenging political, social and economic environment. Equality Works has been working in partnership with London Probation on two major organisational development projects since December 2007.
