Equality Works has been working in partnership with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) for six years. This has involved working with elected Council members, senior managers and middle managers on a wide range of interventions to support the strategic objectives of this complex organisation.

Since 2006 Equality Works has been providing a range of on-going facilitation support to a range of audiences with the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. This work has involved supporting the Senior Management Team (SMT) and the Equality Action Team (EAT) within the Communities, Localities and Culture (previously, Environment and Culture) directorate, the Corporate Equalities Steering Group (CESG) and the Disability Access Forum, to identify key priorities for embedding equality and inclusion into a range of work streams and activities.
We have been working with NPS - Hertfordshire for over 5 years, providing a wide range of services. One of our commissions was to design and deliver a Management Development programme specifically for them..
Our partnership with NPS - Essex goes back over five years working on many levels of diversity and equality. We have designed and delivered training on: Equalities, Diversity and Inclusion; Recruitment and Selection; Performance Management; and briefings and facilitations for senior staff on a range of issues. We are currently involved in developing management development training programmes for middle and senior staff for six and twelve month periods. This training would support the Recruitment and Selection and Equalities training that we are currently providing in Essex.
Equality Works were commissioned to carry out a skills-based management developement programme with the College values and management framework at its core. The programme was for managers who were new to their roles and who may or may not be experienced at managing people, teams and functions.
