Research shows that a diverse workforce brings tangible benefits including lower staff turnover, greater creativity, improved employee relations, and enhanced reputation and loyalty. Consequently managing diversity in recruitment and selection is increasingly recognised as a key factor in determining efficiency, productivity and overall business success. In short, recruiting, retaining and developing the best produces the best results.
Our training focuses on developing recruitment and selection processes that are fair to all and result in a skilled and talented workforce. Areas covered include advertising, drawing up job descriptions and person specifications, shortlisting, questioning techniques, selection testing and decision-making.

Our partnership with NPS - Essex goes back over five years working on many levels of diversity and equality. We have designed and delivered training on: Equalities, Diversity and Inclusion; Recruitment and Selection; Performance Management; and briefings and facilitations for senior staff on a range of issues. We are currently involved in developing management development training programmes for middle and senior staff for six and twelve month periods. This training would support the Recruitment and Selection and Equalities training that we are currently providing in Essex.
